Full Job Description
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on marketer who wants to use their skills to connect people with mental health and social-service resources that can make a meaningful difference. The Assistant Director of Marketing will lead integrated campaigns from strategy through results, working closely with program leaders, community partners, and senior leadership to help more individuals and families discover and access valuable services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through results.
  • Partner with program leaders to develop campaigns across digital, social, email, web, community outreach, print, and video.
  • Create culturally responsive outreach that builds trust and engagement across the communities we serve.
  • Use data, research, and community feedback to improve campaign performance and guide decisions.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets while coordinating stakeholders and presenting results to leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field required.
  • 6-8 years of experience leading integrated marketing campaigns from planning through evaluation.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise across social media, email, content, and paid advertising, with confidence using data and analytics to guide decisions.
  • Strong technical skills and experience in identifying new solutions for reaching audiences is important.
  • Excellent project management, writing, storytelling, and relationship-building skills, with the judgment to make complex or sensitive services clear and adapt messages to different cultural contexts and audiences.
  • Experience in healthcare, mental health, social services, community-based organizations, or other mission-driven work is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or an equivalent CRM
  • Comfortable working independently with platforms like Constant Contact, Survey Monkey, Chili Piper or equivalent platforms.
  • Deep expertise in designing a feedback cycle to evaluate the success of a campaign
  • Experience in producing/marketing a podcast not required, but appreciated!
