Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 1 year of healthcare leadership experience or completion of a 12-month healthcare administrative fellowship program.
• 2 years of healthcare operations experience in an ambulatory or hospital setting.
• Experience managing large teams is preferred.
• OBGYN practice management experience is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of patient access, registration, scheduling, and clinical operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills for practice processes.
• Collaborate with the Director of Outpatient Practices to resolve issues by set deadlines.
• Coordinate provider office schedules and monitor patient volumes to ensure service satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and external governing authorities.
• Partner with departments like Physician Billing and Medical Records to identify financial improvement opportunities.
• Oversee outpatient practice operations with the Director, focusing on effective performance and team management.
