Department Details
Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

This position will oversee the clinic operations for oncology at the Rice Lake location which would include medical oncology, radiation oncology, and infusion services. Oncology experience is preferred.

Summary
Manage and evaluate work activities and provide day-to-day operational direction and leadership for oncology services in Rice Lake.

Job Description
Conduct and review, monthly financial statements and budget preparation. Monitor work productivity or quality to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. Creates action plans that ensure the accomplishment of productivity or quality responsibilities. Maintain customer services imitative implementation, customer obtainment, and retention activities. Articulates potential positive and negative impacts on the business and community of company actions and practices. Displays respect and ethical behavior toward coworkers, customers, and other stakeholders. Establish or maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of community, marketing, and other public interest groups. Oversees clinic activities for area companies and their employees, and provide guidance to make sure to be in compliance with the philosophy, policies, procedures, and goals of Sanford.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business field required; Master's degree preferred.

Progressive healthcare experience with taking on new challenges and responsibilities moving into leadership roles. Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
