Infosys is seeking an Engagement Manager (Client Partner), Media & Entertainment. The person will lead all client interfaces within the assigned account scope and, together with the Senior Client Partner and Group Managers, build and execute the account plan for client management. Typically, the Client Partner manages a single account or part of a large account with a P&L responsibility of $30M-$50M.

Media & Entertainment industry, leading end-to-end client engagement across your assigned account scope. You will co-create and drive the account plan with the Senior Client Partner and Group Managers while helping leading media, entertainment, broadcasting, streaming, gaming, publishing, and digital content organizations accelerate growth through digital transformation.
Role Description Client Relationship Management & Business Development - Manage senior client relationships and build a portfolio of up to $30M-$50M.
- Own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect 12 Evaluate 12 Propose 12 Close .
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with CXOs and senior business stakeholders.
- Drive new business acquisition, wallet share growth, and strategic account expansion.
Client Delivery Assurance - Collaborate with delivery and consulting stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of all client commitments.
- Drive customer satisfaction, service excellence, and successful program execution.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of business and delivery challenges.
Account Planning & Governance - Create and execute account plans including relationship strategies, growth opportunities, pricing decisions, and risk mitigation plans.
- Build executive-level relationship maps and revenue growth plans.
- Conduct periodic governance reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients.
Sales, Solutioning & Industry Growth - Conduct market research, industry analysis, competitor assessments, client presentations, solution positioning, estimation efforts, proposals, and negotiations.
- Work closely with Solution Leaders to build customized digital transformation solutions and GTM initiatives for target accounts.
- Drive revenues from business-unit-sponsored solutions, consulting offerings, cloud modernization, AI, data, engineering, and digital transformation programs.
Cross-Functional Leadership - Collaborate with Delivery Managers to address people, infrastructure, governance, and operational issues impacting client engagements.
- Balance multiple programs and initiatives involving various delivery teams and competency units.
- Support strategic partnerships, alliances, and ecosystem relationships relevant to the Media & Entertainment industry.
- Provide leadership to account teams and participate in strategic pursuit planning and deal reviews.
Commercial Management - Support pricing decisions within the scope of Master Services Agreements.
- Drive contract renewals, expansions, and commercial negotiations.
- Provide pre-sales support for strategic opportunities both within and beyond the assigned account scope.
Required Qualifications - Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- 11+ years of experience with strong sales, relationship management, account management, and business development experience.
- Significant business development and project management experience.
- Experience within the Media & Entertainment industry.
- Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts.
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Wide variety of IT services, consulting, and digital transformation engagement experience.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation, outsourcing, managed services, or consulting programs.

Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with Media Networks, Broadcasters, Streaming/OTT Platforms, Studios, Publishers, Sports Media Organizations, Gaming Companies, or Digital Entertainment providers.

- Experience managing large multi-location consulting and technology engagement teams.
- Strong track record as an Account Manager or Client Partner in a rapidly growing strategic client relationship.
- Experience selling and delivering Cloud, Data, AI, Digital Engineering, and Enterprise Transformation solutions.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
