JOB SUMMARYThis job drives the delivery of products and services for client accounts. The incumbent manages the servicing and maintenance of client business in enrollment and re-enrollment activities, product implementation, and projects related to all aspects of business. Serves as the sales liaison between group administrators and the Organization's internal departments for problem resolution.
This role can be based in WNY, NENY, or Pittsburgh, PA ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES- Perform management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity. Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.
- Oversee the servicing and maintenance of client business in enrollment and re-enrollment activities, product implementation, and projects related to account business, monitoring work plan development, internal operations activities, vendor interaction, and client relationships and/or Par Plan administrative activities.
- Interface as the "lead" on behalf of the Organization with all levels of the corporation involved in account business.
- Represent client service management and administration in finalist meetings and new sales opportunities.
- Assist the Client Management team in ensuring that the level of support for sales, business units, and client contacts is appropriate.
- Manage corporate projects related to designated markets such as system migrations, new product implementation, and new partner implementation. Apply and implement project management, estimation and tracking tools on a continual basis.
- Represent all client business/systems issues to workgroups and project teams within the corporation.
- Demonstrate leadership skills, motivating staff, facilitating teamwork, delivering quality projects and achieving client satisfaction to ensure that the level of support is appropriate in adjusting, reallocating, or cross-training staff where necessary.
- Collaborate and build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to develop strategies that anticipate and address client business needs.

Pay Range Minimum:$72,000.00
Pay Range Maximum:$108,000.00
Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate's qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
