Full Job Description
We9re looking for an experienced Manager, Clarus Programs to lead customer programs and projects from proposal and contract award through execution and completion. This role oversees program management, contract administration, budgets, schedules, customer relationships, and cross-functional coordination, while driving performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead new and ongoing programs/projects from quoting and contract award through completion.
  • Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, costs, risks, deliverables, and overall performance.
  • Identify issues and coordinate corrective actions, recovery plans, and escalations.
  • Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with customer requirements, specifications, and company policies.
  • Partner with Estimating to support proposals, project scope, schedules, and the transition from proposal to contract.
  • Serve as a primary commercial point of contact for customers and support customer, commercial, and contractual needs.
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, Safety, Technical, Estimating, and other teams to ensure successful program execution.
  • Lead, coach, and develop department employees; manage performance, priorities, staffing, and development plans.
  • Monitor project costs, margins, budgets, and financial performance while driving job cost control, revenue growth, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide program status, financial, schedule, and performance reporting to leadership.
  • Drive process improvement, lessons learned, training, and workflow improvements across programs.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive professional experience with demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Approximately 7+ years of industrial services experience may be considered as commensurate experience.
  • Experience in program/project management, contract administration, customer management, or industrial services.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience with project costs, margins, budgets, and financial performance.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver9s license.
  • Ability to obtain a passport for potential international travel.

Preferred:
  • Bachelor9s degree in Operations Management or related field.
