As a Manager, Claims, you will play a key role in optimizing operations, enhancing team performance and transforming processes to improve efficiency and service quality.

What you'll accomplish with us

As a Manager, Claims, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
• Optimize claims management processes by documenting, analyzing and improving existing practices to enhance operational efficiency
• Promote a risk management culture and a holistic approach to claims processing to reduce errors, costs and the number of touches per file
• Define, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), implement data collection mechanisms and lead corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee daily team operations, contribute to recruitment, performance evaluation and talent development
• Implement training and development strategies to support skills development and adaptation to evolving processes
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including transformation, to ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives
• Identify and implement process automation opportunities in partnership with the transformation team to improve productivity
• Support change management related to automation by preparing teams, evolving roles and ensuring adoption of new ways of working

• Is recognized for their leadership and ability to guide, coach and develop a team
• Holds a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and has solid experience in operations management and improvement
• Has between 6 and 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in team management
• Has knowledge of individual insurance products and systems (an asset)
• Advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves leading meetings, participating in discussions, writing emails and communicating by phone with unilingual English-speaking internal and external partners on a daily basis
