Job Description Summary
Design and implement marketing campaign strategies to promote the sale of company products and services in [annuities, life insurance, mutual funds, employee benefits, retirement]. Responsibilities
  • Partner with Marketing Director to create strategic campaign plans, establish customer goals, and define key performance metrics.
  • Lead staff in the design, build, and implementation of multiple complex and concurrent campaigns.
  • Review addressable market to define target audiences and create programs that drive engagement relevant to the audience.
  • Track and evaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and workflows related to end-to-end campaign strategy, creative execution, optimizing for performance, and troubleshooting; define new processes and workflows as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure delivery of superior customer service and operational excellence.
  • Serve as internal escalation point for campaign related issues.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent experience
  • Eight years of marketing communications, digital marketing, or project management experience
  • Three years of marketing experience in financial services or a related industry
  • Thorough understanding of traditional and digital platforms
  • Experience managing projects/processes
  • Broad experience developing and executing digital campaigns and complex projects
  • Technical acumen to design campaigns that optimize the use of marketing platforms

  • Intermediary or institutional experience
  • Familiarity with content management, workflow and other marketing tools such as CMD, CRM, DAM, Workflow, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Workfront
  • Experience in change management
  • FINRA Series 7 (for roles supporting mutual funds)

Compensation

The salary for this position generally ranges between $100,000 - $125,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company's discretion.
