What You Will Do:

  • Lead and support finance transformation initiatives, identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
  • Provide an independent perspective on finance and accounting organizations, leveraging industry trends, market insights, and leading practices to address client challenges and opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of business processes to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights through interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reporting solutions utilizing Power BI.
  • Manage all aspects of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, staffing, execution, client communications, and the successful delivery of project objectives.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and independent thinking in engagement management, including problem-solving, solution development, risk identification, and quality assurance.
  • Contribute to business development and go-to-market initiatives by supporting proposal efforts, identifying opportunities within existing client relationships, and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop team members by providing coaching, constructive feedback, and career development support while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance transformation, finance process improvement, or finance advisory services.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end finance and accounting processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R)
  • Experience within or serving Financial Services organizations, including banking, capital markets, insurance, or related industries
  • Experience within a consulting or professional services environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA Certification
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or similar financial systems.
  • Experience with R2R platforms such as Blackline and Trintech

The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position.
