  • Reinforce adoption through ongoing engagement models including office hours, team sessions, and targeted follow-ups
  • Provide "white glove" support during major change initiatives (system migrations, workflow updates, platform rollouts)
  • Evaluate and manage third-party sales tools, including vendor relationships, contracts, and investment decisions
  • Partner with Platform Solutions, Sales, Marketing teams, and other stakeholders to shape initiatives from early planning through sustained adoption
  • Establish success measures, assess platform effectiveness, usage, and ROI and continuously refine adoption strategies based on user feedback and business needs
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within existing systems to enhance seller productivity
  • Build strong relationships and credibility across a highly matrixed organization; act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Enterprise functions
  • Lead cross-functional discussions to align on priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes
  • Effectively communicate complex concepts to audiences at all levels, including senior leadership

Desired Characteristics:
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex processes impacting the business and translate into easy-to-understand training and learning
  • Strategic thinker who can put an executable plan in place and manage ongoing development
  • Ability to project manage multiple assignments from outline/concept to design to finished product
  • Forward thinker with the ability to foster innovation and creativity, while also maintaining a focus on day-to-day deliverables and workload
  • Convey thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively in visual and written format
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills with internal clients at various levels, including senior executives

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in media, advertising, tech, consulting, or a related field
  • Experience supporting or leading CRM (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement tools, or internal platforms
  • Proven experience in training, enablement, change management, or process transformation
  • Experience managing or evaluating third-party vendors, tools, or partnerships
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and learning technologies
  • Experience developing scalable learning solutions (e.g., eLearning, LMS, interactive training)
