Full Job Description
The Manager, CDx Development, is responsible for CDx portfolio and project management within the Precision Medicine Team and supports the Diagnostics Alliance Manager with CDx collaboration management, project scoping, budget accruals, and forecasting.

Essential Functions of the Job:
  • Partner with the Diagnostics Alliance Manager to support CDx partner engagement, new project scoping, contract review coordination, budget accruals, forecasting, and variance tracking.
  • Support CDx project planning and execution by coordinating timelines, meeting agendas, minutes, action items, follow-ups, and status updates across internal stakeholders and external diagnostic partners.
  • Support CDx Lead to track project risks, issues, decisions, and mitigation plans, and escalate potential timeline, quality, scope, or budget impacts to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Maintain centralized CDx portfolio and project tracking tools that capture active and planned CDx programs, milestones, deliverables, decisions, risks, and key dependencies to support Precision Medicine Team planning and governance.
  • Organize and maintain internal and external CDx documentation repositories, including SharePoint sites, project records, templates, trackers, and partner-facing materials, to support effective collaboration.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, consistent with the scope and level of the role.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Biology or related scientific discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years industry experience in pharma, biotech and/or IVD company.
  • Proficiency with portfolio tracking and management.
  • Experience with budget tracking and forecasting.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams and external CDx partners.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Adaptable and able to respond effectively to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in drug-diagnostics co-development is desirable but not required.

Salary Range: $121,800.00 - $161,800.00 annually

Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
