Cath Lab Manager Summary:
- The Cath Lab Manager serves as a member of the Adult & Pediatrics Cardiovascular Catheterization and Electrophysiology Team engaged in the clinical, operational, and business management of a Cardiac Catheterization
- Coordinates with related departments including CCU-nursing, ER, Surgery, and 24-hour nursing administration.
- Maintains department in compliance with all appropriate regulating organizations and performs other duties as assigned
- Assures that quality of care is delivered in a safe, therapeutic environment.
Position Requirements:
- Requires a Technical Diploma or Associate's Degree in Cardiovascular Technology/Radiology/Respiratory Therapy; Or Diploma/Associate's/Bachelor's in Nursing
- Requires an RN (Registered Nurse); Or - ARRT (Radiologic Technologists); Or - RRT (Respiratory Therapy); Or - RCIS (Cardiovascular)
- Requires 1+ year of Formal Manager-level experience within Healthcare
- Requires 5+ years of RN or RCIS experience within Adult Cardiac Cath Lab
