SUMMARY OF POSITION:The Manager of Case Management is a member of the Management Team. He/she has twenty-four hour accountability for the care management and social work, managing within the parameters of the annual personnel and supply budget. The Manager assures compliance with all requirements of regulatory bodies. This individual is held accountable within the context of philosophy and mission of Penn State Holy Spirit Medical Center. This position supports PSH Holy Spirit and Hampden Medical Centers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S): - High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Current PA nursing license
- Minimum of five (5) years of clinical or case management experience across multiple clinical areas
- Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience
- Minimum three (3) years of experience with case management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):- Master's degree preferred
