The Campaign Manager is responsible for leading a team of Campaign Analysts responsible for the end-to-end operationalization and execution of customer marketing campaigns across multiple channels and business lines. The role ensures campaigns are delivered accurately, on schedule, and in compliance with established governance and quality standards.
This leader acts as the primary point of contact for campaign execution, translating business requirements into executable delivery plans, managing execution risks, quality assurance, and driving continuous process improvement. The Campaign Manager is accountable for ensuring all campaigns are implemented effectively while optimizing execution efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.

- Makes recommendations to improve BMO processes and systems.
- Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service.
- Ensures consistency in solutions and across marketing channels, media and platforms.
Establish and maintain execution standards, procedures, and best practices.
Maintain appropriate documentation and audit readiness.
Review and approve campaign implementation plans and execution deliverables. Ensures compliance with internal frameworks, standards, guidelines and governance.
- Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing and customer communication campaigns.
- Provides specialized consulting, analytical and technical support.
- Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
- Works independently and regularly handles non-routine situations.
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:
- Typically between 5 - 8 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study.
- High level of proficiency in Salesforce, SAS, SQL, Unica/Interact or equivalent
- Extensive experience in project management
- Advertising and/or creative agency experience.
- Experience in, and advanced knowledge of, the financial services industry.
- Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.

$69,000.00 - $129,000.00

The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
