Job DescriptionFord Land manages Ford Motor Company's global real estate portfolio, including strategic planning, construction, facilities, and property management. We are seeking a Business Line Strategy Manager to support our real estate operations, business partner engagement, and global workplace strategy. This role is based in Dearborn, MI, with a hybrid schedule (onsite/remote as determined by business need).

This role supports the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of strategic initiatives and business processes within Ford Land's customer relationship management (CRM) environment-supporting real estate services, facilities requests, and business partner engagements across Ford's global real estate portfolio. Partners with project teams, design teams, business unit leads, Ford Land leadership, IT teams, contractors, customers, and suppliers to translate operational, real estate, and workplace needs into actionable strategies that maximize the business proposition for end users and Ford Motor Company. Responsibilities span business process mapping, requirements gathering, documentation, user communications, and portfolio/customer engagement. This position requires the ability to function in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high ambiguity, along with strong customer focus and relationship management, creativity in problem-solving, and attention to detail.
ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do...- Review, analyze, and prioritize business requirements with skill-team stakeholders across Ford's real estate portfolio.
- Triage CRM-based facility and service requests; assess priorities, engage appropriate workstreams, and communicate status and next steps.
- Translate skill-team needs into actionable options and recommendations by coordinating with the appropriate Ford Land workstreams.
- Coordinate and lead stakeholder meetings and strategic discussions that connect business objectives with project goals.
- Partner with Communications and Workplace Experience teams to provide clear updates on timelines, process changes, and projects.
- Monitor portfolio and skill-team strategies to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities across Ford's real estate footprint.
- Leverage research, benchmarks, workplace trends, guidelines, and onsite data to deliver fact-based insights and recommendations.
- Develop high-impact presentations for customers and senior leadership, including the C-suite and Board.
- Apply structured change-enablement methodologies and a human-centered approach to customer interactions and communications.
- Collaborate with workplace experience teams, design leaders, project directors, managers, and regional and global partners to deliver best-in-class workplace strategies and solutions.
QualificationsYou'll have...- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst, Program Manager, Strategy Lead, or similar role.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders within Ford Land and across the broader enterprise.
- Strong business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to engage real estate, construction, and business leadership.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced, corporate real estate environment.
- Strong data management, analysis, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
