Full Job Description
The Manager, Business Integration supports the design and execution of integrated commercial plans that enable delivery of the Commercial Transformation agenda. The role acts as a key integrator across Commercial, Marketing, Digital, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain, translating strategic priorities into coordinated plans, execution calendars, and governance routines that drive revenue, share, and profitability.

Your 'day to day':

    • Support the Head of Business Integration in executing commercial initiatives aligned with short- and mid-term operational plans.
    • Orchestrate integrated commercial plans across categories and programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives, brand strategies, customer priorities, and financial targets.
    • Manage end-to-end commercial planning cycles and activation calendars, partnering with Finance on operating budgets, business reviews, S&OP, and Integrated Business Planning processes.
    • Deploy, refresh, and govern commercial planning frameworks, tools, and ways of working to address evolving business and market needs.
    • Coordinate cross-category initiatives in partnership with Marketing, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Finance, Supply Chain, and Digital teams.
    • Identify and lead process improvements that enhance commercial agility, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and improve execution discipline.
    • Support commercial readiness for new product launches, including scenario planning, prioritization, and budget alignment.
    • Contribute to standardization and simplification of commercial calendars, planning tools, and execution routines.
    • Support business case development and short-term planning related to innovation roadmaps, pricing strategy, and portfolio or program changes.
    • Ensure alignment between cross-functional plans and budget cycles in partnership with Finance and budget owners.
    • Maintain structured, accurate views of budget assumptions, drivers, variances, and risks to ensure financial transparency and informed decision-making.
    • Build strong working relationships across Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital, and P&C teams.
    • Support coordinated demand gathering, prioritization, and evaluation of initiatives with moderate supervision.
    • Apply data-driven insights and judgment to resolve moderately complex, cross-functional issues impacting execution.
    • Support team objectives and ensure alignment with Business Integration and Commercial Transformation priorities.
    • Provide coaching, feedback, and development support to junior team members or specialists, as applicable.


Who we're looking for:

    • Bachelor's degree required; degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field preferred.
    • 6+ years of experience in commercial planning, business integration, commercial operations, PMO, or related roles.
    • Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments within complex commercial organizations.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage operational execution of initiatives with moderate supervision.
    • Experience supporting planning cycles, governance routines, and performance tracking is preferred.
    • Fully authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now and in the future


Annual Base Salary Range: $132,000 - $165,000
