Full Job Description
Job Title: Manager, Business Development & Program Operations- Home Care and Hospice

Department: Professional Operations

Location: 330 Monroe Avenue, Rochester, NY 14607

Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week

Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday

Position Summary:
Supports the business development and strategic planning initiatives of a defined program or department. This includes facilitating resources and coordinating the efforts of the leadership team and other members in order to deliver projects according to the plan. Is responsible for the identification, analysis and monitoring of issues that affect the profitability, growth, positioning and productivity of the strategic plan. Examples include data and analytical materials that would support decision making including market share data, healthcare trends, demographic information, capacity management analysis, referral pattern studies, competitor analysis, regulatory information, benchmark data and other special topics to support the overall strategic plan. Is responsible for all aspects of program operations and management staff for assigned programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, prepare and lead implementation ready project management and business development activities that support strategic initiatives and events.
• Plan, schedule and participate in service line strategic planning activities including project timelines and milestones, providing data/analytics, program support, presentation support, and communication.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders including project scope, establishing reasonable timelines, assigning accountability, and developing communication plans.
• Proactively manages changes in business and project scope(s), identify potential barriers and devise contingency plans.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize qualitative and quantitative data findings into concise and readily usable presentations. Responsible for validity and accuracy of data.
• Is responsible for all operational deliverables inclusive of quality, service, financial and management of all staff for assigned programs within the service line.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Supports RRH Brand Promise and serves as an ambassador with internal and external audiences.

Desired Attributes:
• 3-5 years previous experience in healthcare related field, strong preference to hospital setting preferred
• Strong preference to previous experience in health care operations, health care data analytics, or combination.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's in a related field required, masters preferred

$70,000.00 - $100,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
