SummaryThe Manager, Business Applications is responsible for leading the Americas Business Applications team. It is critical that the incumbent has experience in different areas of the SAP ecosystem, and understands the system in its entirety as an end-to-end process.
What You'll Do- Provide day-to-day leadership to the Business Applications team ensuring a high level of team satisfaction.
- Lead Business Applications projects and team to ensure projects and team goals are completed in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner.
- Work closely with other IT Applications teams to prioritize projects, maintain SAP System integrity and advocate for Belimo Americas requirements across the IT organization.
- Ensure that requirements by the business operations in the Americas are clear, aligned in the global Belimo context, and met.
- Define, design, gain approval, configure, and implement approved solutions in SAP modules, including Sales, Manufacturing, and SAP Supply Chain Management in close cooperation with the IT Application team.
- 2nd Level Support of the application portfolio, specifically SAP ERP, SAP BI/SAC, EDI and various other business critical systems and processes.
- Primary Americas Region technical support for SAP S/4HANA, SAP BI and integrated systems.
- Ensure key-user training, and documentation updates in conjunction with process and technical implementations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, defining business requirements and creating specifications.
- Support key users to improve standardization and optimization of process and data management aspects.
- Coach, motivate and challenge the Business Applications team, promoting a work environment of strong service attitude, collaboration, and accountability.
- Lead and support Special Projects, and/or Assignments as assigned by Manager.
Who You Are- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field.
- 7-10 years configuring SAP and supporting SAP and integrated applications.
- 5+ years leading a team with administrative and financial responsibilities for resource management.
- Proven understanding of the SAP ecosystem and end-to-end manufacturing processes and interactions.
- Proven experience with requirements elicitation and specification creation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team with local, global, technical, non-technical, internal and external members.
- Work experience in an international environment a plus.
- Budgeting experience a plus.
- Project Management experience a plus.
Belimo is committed to paying all employees in a fair, equitable and transparent manner. The base pay for this position ranges from $150,000 - $165,000 annually with a target performance bonus of 15% of an employee's annual base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience. Belimo is a total compensation company which includes a comprehensive benefits package including a full range of medical, financial, and other competitive benefits.
