Position SummaryThe Supplemental Benefits team at CVS is one of the fastest growing business units in the enterprise and is uniquely situated at the center of our retail and healthcare businesses.
We are looking for a Business Analytics & Financial Reporting Senior Manager to join the Supplemental Benefits team in an essential role as CVS expands its offerings in this space, which includes the following businesses: OTC Benefits, Rewards, Targeted Kits, HSA/FSA, & SNAP/EBT. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable and able to excel in a wide variety of areas - including data synthesizing, internal/external stakeholder management, and retail financial strategies.
Furthermore, the ideal individual should be self-motivated, demonstrate executive presence, and be able to act as a strategic thought partner to both enterprise leaders and external clients. In this role, the Business Analytics & Financial Reporting Senior Manager will work cross-functionally with our inventory, supply chain, retail IT, digital product, marketing CMX, merchandising and store operations teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in total program reporting and financial reconciliations. Inclusive of building a deep understanding of key data sources and flow
- Prepare and present weekly performance reports highlighting key drivers and trends
- Manage program expense reporting, including forward-looking forecasts and postmortem analysis of actual performance.
- Support ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed
- Meet with both internal and external stakeholders to review and present data, crafting mutually compelling stories and strategies
Additional elements:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues in sales support, product/implementation management, finance, and across the enterprise to cultivate opportunity
- Establish credibility and strategic partnership with health plan clients
- Dissect consumer insights and foresee business opportunities quickly and gain cross-functional buy-in to maximize results.
- Proficient in excel modeling, advanced PowerPoint, financial modeling, and data analytics
Required Qualifications- 3-5 years' experience in Retail Category Management, Retail CPG, Financial Analysis or Management Consulting / Investment Banking / Private Equity
- Demonstrated proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint
Ability to travel on a limited basis
Preferred Qualifications- General Manager experience with strong business acumen and functional understanding across marketing, finance, and operations
- Omni-channel experience
- MBA from a top tier institution
EducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
