Job Overview

The Behavioral Health Regional Manager provides leadership and operational management for designated service line locations. Leads regional collaboration and direction for designated clinical policies, workflows, and regulatory/licensure requirements. Responsible for the oversight and operations surrounding the care and treatment of patients with mental health, substance use, and other behavioral health conditions. Contributes to and supports the Behavioral Health COE and associated organizational chart and structure, strategic goals, and policies and procedures. Is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient operational management, regulatory compliance, and fiscal responsibility. Assumes 24-hour accountability as appropriate to service line requirements and location. Contributes to and supports the hospital's mission, strategic goals and policies and procedures. Demonstrates knowledge of and integrates the use of evidence-based outcomes for clinical performance as needed to meet service line strategic quality and safety goals.

Education Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field. Required


Experience Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years' relevant experience in behavioral health services, with at least three years in a leadership role. Required

Licenses and Certifications
  • If a licensed clinical professional, must hold current licensure in applicable state. Required

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8a-4p (Flexible)

Hours: 40 per week
