Your Tasks:
Lead and develop a team of on-site Service Engineers ("Antenna team") supporting Dürr equipment across customer facilities
Drive aftermarket sales of automation equipment, spare parts, service contracts, and system upgrades within automotive paint shop and final assembly customer accounts, ensuring strong customer retention and repeat business.
Collaborate closely with engineering, service, and project management teams to scope technical requirements and deliver timely quotations, ensuring accurate pricing, lead times, and solution feasibility.
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical and operational issues, partnering with internal engineering and support teams
Drive troubleshooting and resolution of issues across robotic paint systems, automation, and related mechanical/electrical equipment
Coordinate service activities including maintenance, emergency support, repairs, and system start-ups/commissioning
Supervise contractors and skilled trades during installation, maintenance, and project execution
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including cost-saving and efficiency enhancements
