Job Title Manager - Amazon eRetail (PPD)

Division: Professional Products Division

Location: New York, NY

Reports To: Sr Manager, Amazon eRetail

What You Will Learn:

The Professional Products Division (PPD) is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented digital candidate to join the Amazon team.

This person will be customer obsessed, focused on delivering digital experiences that enhances our customer's lives across various touchpoints; Passionate about retailer capabilities, leveraging data and customer insights to drive forward business priorities. This role is responsible for the ownership, management, and acceleration of select brands within the Professional Products division on Amazon including forecasting, sales reporting, user experience and all levers that drive sales.
  • Responsible for achieving the Amazon sales target forecast on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Act as the key point of contact for the brands for anything related to the brands' Amazon business including marketing requests, supply chain, demand planning, activations and more. Present monthly to brand leadership.
  • Dive into the business performance and gain insights related to Amazon and eCommerce KPI's (sales, traffic, conversion, etc.) Share out recommendations based on insights gained.
  • Manage the financial investments in the business, leading any promotional discounts and influencing any media/search investments.
  • Develop an understanding of media capabilities to lead a full funnel strategy for the brands.
  • Understand beauty market and monitor keyword trends.
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial and leadership spirit by binging new ideas to the table and developing talent within the team.


What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of digital or marketing experience
  • Must be skilled at executing within tight timeframes with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must have strong project management and autonomy competency to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables.
  • Experience analyzing performance data and summarizing / communicating findings via reports and presentations
  • Proactive and results oriented thinker who would flourish in an entrepreneurial environment where new ideas are championed
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce required.
  • Beauty/haircare and content experience a plus.
  • High proficiency in MS Office: Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Communicates clearly.
  • Must demonstrate strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

Salary Range: $98,400 - $140,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
