Job Description

This role is based at one of our corporate offices in Miami, FL, McLean, VA, or Dallas, TX

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As the Manager, AI & Resorts Offers Strategy, reporting to the Director, you will help shape and optimize Hilton's offer strategy for the all-inclusive and resort portfolio. You will sit at the intersection of commercial strategy, pricing, distribution, sales, digital merchandising, analytics, and guest demand generation. You will use data, insights, and a test-and-learn mindset to improve how resort and all-inclusive offers are designed, targeted, sequenced, measured, and activated across Hilton's customer- and trade-facing channels.

In this role, you will work closely with Revenue Management, Pricing, Distribution, Marketing, Digital, Brand, Product, Analytics, regional commercial teams, and hotel partners to build and refine offers that support profitable growth, strengthen the customer value proposition, and improve performance during key need periods and seasonal windows.

What you'll do during a typical day:
  • Manage and optimize all-inclusive and resort offers across evergreen, seasonal, and tactical programs, ensuring alignment with pricing, brand, and commercial objectives.
  • Use insights, performance data, and test-and-learn results to identify opportunities to improve offer design, targeting, sequencing, placement, and timing.
  • Translate business needs into offer updates, activation plans, and digital merchandising changes across customer-facing channels.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for offer-related questions and needs (offer build changes, additions, removals) from key partners, including the GDM and ops teams.
  • Develop and lead test and learn initiatives, as they pertain to Offer Strategy-owned offers, coordinating participation from key partners.

How you'll collaborate with others:
  • Partner with Revenue Management, Pricing, Marketing, Digital, Brand, and regional commercial teams to develop and activate offers specific to the all-inclusive and resort portfolio, and tailor participation of this portfolio in enterprise-driven offers.
  • Surface pricing and offer capability gaps, partnering with the Pricing team on definition of business need and roadmap prioritization.
  • Work closely with Analytics, Data Science, and Product teams to define performance frameworks, reporting, and use cases that support strategy decisions.
  • Coordinate with hotel and operations partners to ensure offers are operationally sound, brand-right, and aligned with resort business needs.
  • Implement digital retailing updates (offer sequencing, landing page updates, brand.com placements) as needed.
  • Audit the visibility of promotional offers and merchandising across all key partner sites.

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
  • Development and ongoing optimization of resort and all-inclusive offer strategies, performance reporting frameworks, and test-and-learn roadmaps.
  • Delivery of strategic recommendations and pilot initiatives tied to offer shelf optimization, promotional strategy, and need-period demand generation across the resort portfolio.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:
  • Five (5) years of professional experience
  • Three (3) years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Commercial Strategy, Offer Strategy, Analytics, Product, or Marketing Strategy
  • Experience supporting all-inclusive business models
  • Experience developing promotions, pricing actions, merchandising strategy, or customer offers
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives
  • Experience building performance reporting, drawing actionable insights, and making recommendations based on data
  • Experience using analytics to assess offer performance, guest behavior, travel trends, and changing market conditions
  • Hospitality, travel, leisure, or resort-related experience
  • Travel up to 10%.

It would be useful if you have:
  • Experience applying AI-enabled tools, forecasting, segmentation, personalization, or decision-support models in a commercial setting
  • Experience translating AI or advanced analytics outputs into practical commercial actions and business recommendations
  • Experience with offer shelf optimization, digital merchandising, or customer-facing retail strategy
  • Experience designing and evaluating experiments or structured test-and-learn programs
  • Experience in a global, matrixed organization
