Full Job Description
Provides leadership to customer facing teams. Develops a high performing, empowered, productive work team that provides quality performance and satisfaction when servicing customers while meeting financial objectives.

Essential Functions
  • Ensures team and department goals and objectives are met through measuring and monitoring team member's performance and productivity.
  • Utilizes FedEx QDM methodology to ensure procedures are in place that quickly and objectively identify, diagnose, prevent, and correct problems.
  • Hires and the entire interviewing process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Business Management, International Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics.

Minimum Experience:

Five years of Transportation, Freight Forwarding, International Business, Logistics, Business Management or equivalent experience required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong knowledge of International Logistics, and Healthcare Quality Requirements.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong Office 365 skills. Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills. Ability to process, analyze and prioritize various types of information while displaying the ability to adapt to new methods and procedures. Ability to prioritize major project tasks and workload.

Ability to track and communicate key performance indicators in a customer facing role. Ability to create, sort and analyze data/reports. Ability to read and understand business contracts.

Preferred Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of healthcare logistics, including cold chain management. Familiarity with healthcare regulations (ISO, GDP). Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Experience in compliance with health and safety standards.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: US Pay Range: $6,168.90/month - $13,571.58/month (E26)

Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN or Akron, OH and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
