Role PurposeThe Manager, AI Ideation & Innovation partners with leaders across OC to identify and shape high-value AI, automation, analytics, and digital opportunities. This role works closely with business leaders to understand pain points, uncover practical use cases, and translate them into structured opportunities for delivery teams.
The role also supports innovation efforts by helping teams evaluate ideas, assess business value and feasibility, and scale the most valuable opportunities in partnership with solutions and operational leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships across supply chain, finance, commercial, technology, manufacturing, and PLM
- Identify business challenges, process pain points, and value opportunities, and translate them into AI, automation, analytics, or digital use cases
- Lead structured ideation and discovery sessions with business leaders to generate, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities
- Develop clear opportunity framing including business problems, value hypothesis, dependencies, and recommended next steps
- Partner with adjacent leaders to move ideas from concept into pilot, delivery, or implementation
Experiences/Education - Required- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, information systems, or related field
- 10+ years of experience across business functions such as commercial, manufacturing, technology, finance, supply chain, or operations
- Experience identifying and shaping business opportunities involving AI, automation, analytics, or digital solutions
- Experience working across multiple functions and with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, ERP, PLM, CRM, or manufacturing systems
- Strong understanding of AI, generative AI, automation, analytics, and where they can create practical business value
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills across organizational levels
Experiences/Education - Desired- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience with process improvement, operational transformation, or intelligent automation
- Experience facilitating discovery, ideation, or prioritization workshops with business stakeholders
- Experience and passion working with data and AI tools
This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $178,553.00 - $245,511.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
