Full Job Description
You are...

A commercially sharp, highly analytical, and growth-minded partnership manager who thrives at the intersection of B2B client management and performance-driven revenue data. You possess strong B2B relationship management skills, feel confident dealing with major blue-chip iGaming/media partners, and excel at translating raw campaign data into strategic commercial growth. You are ready to take full ownership of high-value affiliate relationships and campaign execution in a fast-paced digital sports media environment.
You Will:
  • Lead Key Commercial Partnerships: Manage, nurture, and grow tier-A, blue-chip B2B partnerships in the US region across core product verticals, including high-growth areas like prediction markets.
  • Drive Full Partnership Lifecycle: Take end-to-end ownership of client relationships-from initial commercial negotiations and outreach to day-to-day execution, reporting, invoicing, and financial management.
  • Analyze Performance Data: Interpret large financial and campaign datasets (including NDCs, conversion percentages, and revenue-share mechanics) to identify key commercial insights and ROI optimizations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge client requirements with internal publishing, paid marketing, operations, finance, and analytics teams to ensure delivery and operational alignment.
  • Resolve Commercial Challenges: Proactively address client feedback and performance issues by evaluating raw performance metrics and crafting professional, solution-oriented strategies.

You Have...
  • iGaming or Media Experience: Proven background in iGaming, prediction markets, digital media publishing, or affiliate marketing in a B2B business development or commercial role.
  • Operator or Commercial Acumen: Experience working with revenue/financial data from an operator perspective (e.g., gaming operators, media distribution partners, or direct affiliate networks).
  • Strong Analytical Mindset: High comfort level navigating large datasets (100k+ rows) to extract actionable commercial insights, pull user acquisition analysis, and track campaign health.
  • Client-Facing Professionalism: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of running meetings and building long-term trust with enterprise-level client contacts.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Ability to evaluate campaign bottlenecks, balance client expectations against published output, and present professional, solution-focused client communications.
What we offer
  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans.
  • Financial Security: 401(k) retirement plan with company matching.
  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible work environment with generous Paid Time Off and paid national holidays.

Location & Work Model: Preference for candidates based in the New York metro area working in a hybrid arrangement.
