Job Description:
Manager of Activation, Outcomes

Position Overview
This role is a part of OMGs Outcomes division which is a highly specialized group of performance marketers focused on delivering on tight outcome driven KPIs for clients.

Responsibilities:
• Leading the hands on keyboard trading teams and liason with Outcomes leadership to deliver on outcomes for clients
• Serves as a key point of contact for client teams for ad hoc requests, day-to-day tactical questions
• Translates deep audience understanding to media strategies including optimal environments, context and formats for paid media
• Accountable planning work specifically Outcome metric analysis
• Experience managing large budgets across multiple channels and campaigns
• Comfort and proficiency in managing internall and external relationships to oversee campaign launches and all requisite deliverables to client and agency
• Understanding of optimization methodologies and cadence across various KPI's
• Coordinates with peers to ensure consistency in ways of working (process, tools & platforms, people)
• Help educate junior trading teams on latest trends, best practices, technologies

Experience
• 3+ years in performance marketing with client management experience
• Platform knowledge surrounding DSPs and SSPs
• Ability to manage peers in collaborative workstreams and environments
• Comfortable with basic data, analytics and measurement concepts
• Proficient in excel
• Comfortable produce and presenting reports to CBLs and clients
• Strong written and verbal communication skillsNew York: $80,000.00-$95,000.00

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
