The Acquisitions & Divestitures (A&D) Manager provides high impact support to the A&D team within Weyerhaeuser's Corporate Development organization. A&D, together with the Portfolio Strategy & Investment (PSI) and Portfolio Analytics (PA) team is responsible for managing Weyerhaeuser's industry-leading portfolio of assets, including data analytics, strategy development, asset valuation, and implementation of value-accretive transactions. The team partners across Weyerhaeuser's Timberlands, Strategic Land Solutions, and Wood Products businesses to optimize capital and deliver the most value from every acre of our 11-million-acre portfolio.
The A&D, PSI and PA teams are strengthened by diverse perspectives from backgrounds in forestry operations, marketing, economics, corporate finance, law, investment banking, data science, geospatial analysis, and real estate. This is a unique opportunity to join a dedicated team of industry professionals with demonstrated success in end-to-end portfolio management of a world-class timber and forest products portfolio. Over the last five years, this team led over $1.9 billion in strategic transactions, increasing cash flows and total portfolio value across multiple asset classes. Portfolio management is a constant process of analysis and improvement that the A&D Manager will contribute to meaningfully.

Key Responsibilities - Track, summarize, and prepare regular updates on team performance, market intelligence, and transaction status to support decision-making and strategic alignment.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Investor Relations, Enterprise Planning, Tax, Legal, and Accounting for project status and detail.
- Support the team with the continual process of identifying and evaluating acquisition and divestiture candidates consistent with portfolio strategy.
- Assist deal leads in the execution of acquisition and divestiture transactions, including tracking property data assessment, underwriting coordination, due diligence management, and closing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across an internal network of key business partners.
- Develop deeper transactional and valuation skills through intentional cross-training and development.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Finance, Environmental Science, Real Estate or a related field. Graduate degree in Business or Forestry preferred.
- 5+ years in Forestry, Natural Resource, or other real property-based management or investments.

What We Offer Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $119,088-$178,744 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 20% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.
Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with paid vacation for up to 3 weeks to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 hours along with paid parental leave for all full time employees.
