Remote Work-at-Home POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and hands-on Portfolio Investment Manager / Quantitative Trader to actively manage a diversified, multi-asset portfolio spanning equities, fixed income, and options. This is a highly active trading role that demands proven market experience, sharp instincts, and a disciplined, data-driven approach to decision-making.

This position blends quantitative trading and portfolio management, leveraging real-time market intelligence, systematic strategies, and rigorous risk controls to deliver consistent performance.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Actively trade and manage portfolios across multiple asset classes within defined strategies and risk limits

  • Design, test, and implement both quantitative and discretionary trading strategies

  • Monitor real-time market conditions, price action, and macroeconomic developments

  • Conduct quantitative modeling, backtesting, and performance attribution

  • Dynamically manage asset allocation, liquidity, and exposure in response to market shifts

  • Ensure execution quality, minimize slippage, and maintain strict compliance standards

  • Collaborate with analysts, traders, and senior stakeholders to refine investment ideas and strategies

  • Prepare detailed investment reports, trade rationales, and performance analyses

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools (Bloomberg, Python, R, Excel, MATLAB, etc.)

  • Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and decision-making skills

  • Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven trading environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional designations such as CFA, CAIA, FRM, or equivalent

  • Experience in hedge fund, proprietary trading, or asset management settings

  • Familiarity with algorithmic or systematic trading and automation tools
