Full Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Manager oversees all aspects of customer billing and collections, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing of receivables to optimize cash flow and maintain financial integrity. This role manages end-to-end AR operations—including invoice generation, payment application, dispute resolution, and aging analysis—while implementing controls that reduce risk and support audit readiness. Key responsibilities include supervising AR specialists, monitoring KPIs such as DSO and collection effectiveness, and driving process improvements through automation and system optimization. The Manager partners with Sales, Partnership Success, and Finance teams to resolve complex account issues, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain strong client relationships. Acting as a strategic leader, this position enforces governance standards, develops reporting dashboards for executive visibility, and ensures compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. Success requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of AR best practices, and the ability to balance operational execution with strategic oversight to deliver efficient, customer-focused, and financially sound outcomes.
