Job Description: The Reporting Manager is a senior member of the Personal CFO Services team, responsible for overseeing complex accounting, reporting, and financial coordination for ultra-high-net-worth clients with sophisticated, multi-entity structures.

This individual is accountable for the integrity of the financial source of truth, ensuring all data, reporting, and inter-entity relationships are accurate, fully reconciled, and decision-ready. The role operates as a central connector across Advisory, Tax, and PCFO, delivering timely, cohesive, and high-quality financial outputs within a single family office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Close
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across complex multi-entity structures
  • Prepare and review consolidated and entity-level financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows
  • Ensure all reporting is accurate, complete, and aligned across client entities, ownership structures, and reporting periods
  • Perform quarter-over-quarter variance analysis and explanations

Investment and Partnership Accounting
  • Oversee accounting and reporting for complex investment portfolios, including private investments, partnerships, and alternative assets
  • Ensure consistency between investment reporting, custodians, and general ledger activity

Inter-Entity Accounting and Reconciliation
  • Own the full lifecycle of inter-entity accounting across complex structures, including tracking, reconciling, and resolving high volumes of interrelated transactions
  • Maintain clear visibility into intercompany balances and relationships across client entities
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies with no residual unreconciled differences

Cash Management and Reconciliations
  • Perform bank, credit card, and brokerage reconciliations across client entities
  • Validate cash activity against expected flows
  • Ensure timely resolution of all outstanding reconciling items

Systems and Data Integrity
  • Utilize Agillink or comparable multi-entity accounting systems to maintain clean, reliable financial data
  • Identify breakdowns across systems, data flows, and processes and implement scalable solutions
  • Ensure alignment between internal systems and external data sources

Project Management and Execution
  • Own the reporting calendar and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time
  • Manage multiple high priority workstreams in parallel with strong attention to detail
  • Ensure all workflows are fully closed, documented, and communicated across teams

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Serve as the primary reporting liaison across Advisory, Tax, and PCFO
  • Ensure financial data is aligned and usable for tax reporting, advisory insights, and client deliverables
  • Minimize rework and inconsistencies across teams through proactive coordination

Client and Family Office Support
  • Prepare materials for client meetings and respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests
  • Operate effectively in environments with evolving needs and incomplete or changing data

Forward-Looking Analysis
  • Support cash flow tracking and liquidity reporting
  • Assist in preparing data for forward-looking financial insights

Team Leadership, Review, and Development
  • Manage, train, and support reporting team members responsible for accounting, reconciliations, reporting packages, and related deliverables
  • Review work prepared by team members and provide clear, timely feedback to strengthen technical accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership
  • Coach team members through complex accounting issues, reporting challenges, and client-specific nuances
  • Promote a collaborative, accountable team environment focused on meeting deadlines, continuous improvement, and high-quality execution


Requirements:
