BraunAbility is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Manager, Market Intelligence & Account-Based Marketing to help transform our commercial marketing strategy from broad-based lead generation to targeted, intelligence-driven opportunity creation.

This role is responsible for identifying where BraunAbility should compete, which accounts represent the highest growth potential, and how Marketing and Sales can most effectively pursue those opportunities. Success begins with data-not campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about uncovering insights within large and complex datasets, identifying opportunities others miss, and translating research and intelligence into actionable growth strategies.

The Manager will analyze market, customer, fleet, demographic, business, and competitive data to identify high-value opportunities and develop account-based marketing strategies that support commercial growth. They will serve as a strategic partner to the Commercial Sales team by delivering account intelligence, market insights, and prioritized opportunities that improve conversion rates and accelerate revenue growth.

The primary responsibility of this role is identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities through data analysis and market intelligence. Marketing campaign development and execution will be conducted in partnership with broader marketing team members.

Essential Functions:

Market Intelligence & Data Analytics
  • Build and lead a commercial market intelligence capability that identifies, prioritizes, and quantifies market opportunities.
  • Gather, integrate, and analyze large datasets from internal systems, CRM platforms, third-party providers, industry databases, public records, market research sources, and business intelligence tools.
  • Identify patterns, trends, buying signals, market whitespace opportunities, fleet replacement cycles, funding availability, and customer segments that indicate commercial growth potential.
  • Develop analytical frameworks to prioritize industries, markets, accounts, territories, and customer segments.
  • Build Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), target account models, and opportunity scoring methodologies.
  • Conduct market sizing, segmentation, and opportunity analysis to support commercial growth strategies.
  • Analyze account penetration, market share opportunities, customer behavior, competitive activity, and emerging market trends.
  • Translate large volumes of complex data into actionable recommendations and clear business insights.
  • Create dashboards, reporting, and executive-level presentations that influence business strategy and investment decisions.
  • Continuously evaluate new data sources, tools, and methodologies that improve BraunAbility's ability to identify and pursue commercial opportunities.

Account-Based Marketing Strategy
  • Develops and executes targeted ABM programs for high-potential commercial accounts and customer segments in collaboration with Marketing
  • Utilize market intelligence and account-level insights to develop highly targeted one-to-one and one-to-few engagement strategies.
  • Build target account lists and segmentation strategies in partnership with Commercial Sales leadership.
  • Lead development of account-specific engagement plans in partnership with marketing team that align with customer needs, timing, and market opportunities.
  • Coordinate personalized campaigns across digital, email, content, event, and sales enablement channels.
  • Use engagement data, intent signals, and account performance metrics to continuously refine account prioritization and targeting strategies.
  • Partner with campaign execution teams to activate opportunities identified through research and analysis.

Sales Opportunity Development
  • Identify and qualify strategic commercial opportunities for the Sales team.
  • Deliver actionable account intelligence, market insights, and prospecting recommendations that improve sales effectiveness.
  • Support territory planning, account planning, and commercial growth initiatives with data-backed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Sales to align opportunity identification efforts with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Build repeatable processes that move opportunities from market identification through sales engagement and pipeline development.
  • Improve conversion rates by helping Sales focus on the highest-value opportunities.

Data, Technology & Performance Measurement
  • Leverage Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and other marketing and analytics platforms to identify and activate opportunities.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards that measure account engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline influence, and business impact.
  • Establish analytical models and performance metrics that improve decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems and reporting processes.
  • Track program performance, report results and insights to stakeholders, and optimize targeting, segmentation, and opportunity identification strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Commercial Sales, Product Management, Customer Experience, Strategy, and Marketing teams.
  • Facilitate regular reviews of market opportunities, strategic accounts, and growth initiatives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Translate market intelligence into actionable strategies that support product launches, sales initiatives, and business planning.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, Market Research, Sales or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in market intelligence, business intelligence, strategic marketing, commercial analytics, sales strategy, account-based marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience working with large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience using CRM, business intelligence, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience building segmentation models, opportunity assessments, account prioritization frameworks, or business cases.
  • Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and a data-driven approach to decision making.

Preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce, Data Cloud, Power BI, Sisense or similar analytics platforms.
  • Experience with account-based marketing strategies and technologies.
  • Experience working with third-party data providers and market intelligence tools.
  • Background in transportation, mobility, fleet management, healthcare, government, manufacturing, or other B2B markets.
  • Experience supporting strategic sales planning, territory planning, or commercial growth initiatives.
