Job Summary:
The Loan Operations Service Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing Pinnacle's loan processing and servicing functions. This role leads the loan operations team, ensuring the accurate and timely management of loan documentation, compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficient workflow. The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, implement process improvements, and deliver exceptional service to clients and internal stakeholders.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the loan operations team, including recruitment, training, and performance management; oversee the processing and review of loan documentation for accuracy and completeness; ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements; monitor and report on loan operations performance metrics; collaborate with underwriting, servicing, and other departments to optimize workflow; identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy; resolve complex issues related to loan processing and servicing; maintain accurate records and documentation; support audits and quality assurance initiatives; provide guidance and mentorship to team members; stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field;
