The Opportunity

As a Management Consulting - Sector Operations - Health Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today's dynamic market. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to improve operational performance across supply chain and core business processes through optimization and execution support. This role involves working across business operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and scale execution, providing you with the opportunity to make a significant impact on client outcomes.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
