Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Management Consultant for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and consulting services to small business clients. You will work directly with clients to identify their business needs and develop strategies to help them achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for identifying and recommending new technologies that can enhance their operations and drive growth.

This is a hybrid role open to candidates located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The position involves a combination of remote work and on-site client visits. Candidates must be able to travel to client sites as required.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Consulting
  • Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and deliver sales training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop pricing strategies and identify new sales channels.
Strategy Consulting
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and threats.
  • Support the development of business plans and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze dashboards and financial statements to uncover areas for improvement.
  • Assist clients in identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets.
Technology Consulting
  • Evaluate existing technology systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend suitable technology solutions to optimize business operations.
  • Develop digital and AI adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
  • Guide implementation of automation and intelligent systems to enhance revenue performance
