Summary

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST of CENINFOWARTRA PENSACOLA FL.

Salary for the GS-11 position: $74,678 to $97,087.

Salary for the GS-12 position: $89,508 to $116,362.

Duties

Help

  • You will provide comprehensive management and support services on a broad range of workforce management functions for personnel regarding civilian/military workforce programs, requirements and functions.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating all civilian/military manpower authorizations and manning requirements throughout the command domain worldwide.
  • You will collect, verify, enter and present recurring and ad hoc, civilian/military workforce data.
  • You will develop, maintain and distribute local instructions, manuals and work flow processes and procedures regarding civilian/military workforce programs.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.


Qualifications

For the GS-12:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing workforce, functions, reorganization/realignment, organizational structuring, position management, and manpower utilization; 2) Advising and assisting on a variety of personnel issues, programs, policies and procedures for staffing, recruiting, military manning, position management and other military personnel matters; 3) Analyzing manpower and personnel problems to develop solutions, and new approaches, concepts to resolve issues, and/or make recommendations; and 4) Providing organizational analyses and methods that track, coordinate & monitor ongoing personnel actions, utilizing data systems to identify billets/positions and associated funding requirements).

For the GS-11

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying analytical methods to research and recommend process improvements for workforce programs; 2) Using systems (e.g. Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS)) to collect, verify, and enter civilian/military workforce data; 3) Communicating workforce data and information to personnel at various levels; 4) Applying program concepts and regulations to civilian/military workforce functions.

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

For the GS-11:

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree

or

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

or

LL.M., if related
