WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAYAs a Management and Program Analyst, you will:
- Manage complex program initiatives by coordinating project activities, conducting program analyses, and resolving issues affecting strategic objectives and implementation efforts.
- Lead strategic program initiatives by coordinating resources, evaluating policies and operations, and supporting organizational priorities and mission objectives.
- Coordinate program planning and evaluation activities by analyzing organizational processes, developing strategic recommendations, and supporting operational improvements.
- Conduct complex studies and evaluations to identify operational deficiencies, develop innovative solutions, and support program improvement initiatives.
- Assess medical supply chain risks and coordinate with government and industry partners to strengthen the resilience of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and other critical medical products.

QualificationsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORMinimum Qualifications: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the
GS-14 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following:
- Managing complex programs, conducting program studies, and developing recommendations to support strategic goals, project implementation, and operational effectiveness.
- Overseeing program operations, developing strategic or policy recommendations, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to improve program effectiveness and support organizational goals.
- Leading program analyses, developing strategic plans or reports, and recommending process improvements to support organizational effectiveness.
- Conducting complex research or analyses, developing technical reports, and recommending improvements to enhance program operations and effectiveness.
- Applying expertise in medical manufacturing (including pharmaceuticals and medical devices) and medical supply chain management, logistics, and distribution operations to analyze supply chain risks, develop recommendations, and collaborate with government and industry stakeholders to support program objectives and operational readiness.
