DutiesHelp
- You will manage projects or programs focused on identifying, evaluating, and implementing new solutions or process improvements across shipyard, academia, industry, and NAVSEA environments.
- You will research and evaluate new products, tools, or processes to determine their suitability for organizational use.
- You will establish and maintain collaborative relationships and working agreements with various internal and external stakeholders.
- You will coordinate with diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support projects and initiatives from planning through completion.
- You will prepare reports, project updates, and presentations to brief leadership on program status and activities
- You will create and empower strong teams of individuals at various working and managerial levels to deliver and implement change and
continue to innovate into the future.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector leading teams or projects in the technical analysis and evaluation of program operations to identify and develop initiatives for improvement.
