Position Overview

Diligent Solutions is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and collaborative Management Analyst to support the successful execution of client programs and strategic initiatives across the digital infrastructure industry. The Management Analyst serves as a key member of the delivery team, responsible for coordinating complex initiatives, conducting research and analysis, managing stakeholder engagement, and translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

This role supports Diligent's work across healthcare, government, and data center organizations by helping execute digital transformation strategies, workforce development strategies, community engagement initiatives, talent pipeline programs, and strategic consulting engagements. The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with analytical thinking, research skills, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Core Responsibilities

Program Support
• Manage execution of client programs, initiatives, and strategic priorities from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, action trackers, milestone dashboards, and status reporting.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Track risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and delivery outcomes.

Strategic Research
• Conduct research and analysis to support client strategies and business decisions.
• Analyze workforce trends, education ecosystems, industry developments, market conditions, and partnership opportunities.
• Research and evaluate organizations, programs, stakeholders, and regional resources.
• Synthesize complex information into executive summaries, presentations, recommendations, and client deliverables.
• Develop stakeholder maps, opportunity assessments, and strategic insights.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement
• Support relationships with clients, education partners, workforce organizations, and community stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, briefing documents, and follow-up communications.
• Capture key decisions and ensure commitments are tracked through completion.
Support coordination of meetings, workshops, events, and strategic discussions.

Workforce Development and Industry Initiatives
• Support workforce development strategies designed to build talent pipelines for critical infrastructure careers.
• Coordinate partnerships with technical colleges, universities, workforce organizations, and industry groups.
• Research career pathways, training programs, certifications, and workforce opportunities.
• Support planning and execution of workforce events, career exploration activities, and community engagement initiatives.

Deliverables and Communications
• Develop polished client-facing presentations, reports, dashboards, and written communications.
• Support storytelling and communications efforts highlighting program outcomes and community impact.
• Maintain organized documentation and knowledge management resources.

Skills & Requirements
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, Workforce Development, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience supporting client programs, project delivery, strategic initiatives, partnerships, or consulting engagements.
• 50% travel CONUS potential OCONUS
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing presentations, reports, and executive communications.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and proactively identify solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting technology, infrastructure, or data center industries.
• Experience with workforce development, talent strategy, education partnerships, or economic development.
• Experience managing external stakeholders and client relationships.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, CRM platforms, and project management tools.
