The Opportunity

As a Managed Services - Private Asr - Controller, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial advice and strategic guidance to clients, helping them optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions. You will handle financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, confirming that clients receive accurate financial information and insights to support their decision-making processes.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC, you will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback. You will direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in ambiguous situations, and initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance
- At least 7 years of experience

- Applying proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and ERP/accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Intacct, NetSuite, Workday, SAP, Bill.com, Ramp, and Double

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $299,930. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $337,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
