- Act as liaison between business & tech teams
- Ensure clear communication of requirements
- Work with developers, architects, product owners
Testing & Validation
- Define:
- Test cases
- Test scenarios
- Acceptance criteria
- Support:
- SIT (System Integration Testing)
- UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Validate system aligns with business needs
Process Optimization
- Identify automation opportunities
- Recommend best practices
- Minimize customization 12 maximize out-of-box usage
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Prepare:
- Maintain requirement traceability
- Conduct training & knowledge transfer
Stakeholder Management
- Work with SMEs, business users
- Provide status updates

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $ 124543 to $177624 per annum.
