Job Summary: The Vice President of Maintenance provides executive leadership for all maintenance operations across multiple industrial facilities and client sites. This role is responsible for developing and executing maintenance strategies that maximize asset reliability, operational excellence, safety performance, and profitability. The Vice President leads regional maintenance organizations, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures the successful delivery of maintenance services in the petrochemical, refining, power generation, manufacturing, and energy sectors
Qualifications- 15+ years of progressive industrial maintenance experience.
- 10+ years in executive leadership overseeing multi-site maintenance operations.
- Extensive experience in EPC, industrial services, or maintenance contracting.
- Experience managing union and non-union workforces.
- Deep knowledge of refinery, petrochemical, LNG, power generation, manufacturing, or heavy industrial operations.
