Job Title: Maintenance Team Leader
Location: Davenport, IA
Job Type: Full-time, On-Going Contract, W2
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Onsite, 2nd or 3rd Shift (2:00pm-10:30pm or 9:30pm-6:00am) + OT as needed

Pay Range: $42.85 - $46.42 per hour
Job Description: Responsibilities - Supervise skilled trades on the floor and provide support as needed
- Work with Senior Maintenance Team Leader to ensure maintenance organization maintains cost structure line
- Perform weekly preventive maintenance audits to increase visibility and maintenance effectiveness
- Lead and support a team of union skilled trades including pipefitters, electricians, and mechanics (R5s)
- Actively engage in and promote Maintenance Safety Culture
Skills - Experience working in maintenance, safety, or union environments (highly preferred)
- Ability to lead union skilled trades teams
- Experience leading or supporting preventive maintenance programs
- Background in engineering preferred
