Full Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor; must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. This position will be based at our new facility in Fort Worth, TX.
You'll make an impact by
  • Leading the maintenance team; assigning tasks, providing mentorship, training, and ensuring that work is completed efficiently, on time, and performed in compliance with safety protocols, company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, schedules, and checklists to ensure systematic and organized maintenance activities while ensuring all manufacturing devices, including conveyors, hoists, and production machines are operational and optimized to ensure uninterrupted operation of our manufacturing site.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and technical issues promptly and efficiently minimizing downtime for manufacturing operations.
  • Implement regular inspections and preventative maintenance activities on equipment, machinery, and systems to prevent potential disruptions and prevent costly repairs. While finding opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction by analyzing equipment performance data and recommending changes or upgrades.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, tools, and supplies needed for maintenance activities, and ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained.
  • Facilitate communication between maintenance operations, engineers, and contractors for successful execution of daily schedules and routines.

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3 plus years of validated experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role, with hands-on experience in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • Solid understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Siemens PLCs and/or TIA Portal

The pay range for this position is 61,547 - 105,509 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
