As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will manage, lead, and coordinate the activities of our dynamic team in Eden, NC to maximize performance, minimize costs, maintain quality, and endorse safety and operating standards. Be prepared to coach, train, and develop your team members while maintaining daily maintenance projects and repair work. Your ability to lead your team to achieve continuous improvement and/or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives while always operating in a safe manner will be imperative.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and oversee facilities/utilities equipment and building maintenance activities. Equipment included but not limited to boilers, chillers, water systems, wastewater treatment, air compressors and systems, pumps, heat exchangers, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, buildings and ground systems and operations.
- Coordinate and assign work schedules and ensure proper completion.
- Build department skills and manage technicians' progression plans.
- Assist with bid services and manage on-site contractors.
- Reduce equipment downtime by promoting equipment reliability and preventative maintenance execution and compliance.
- Ensure all members of the maintenance department are properly trained in safety procedures and Total Productive Maintenance.
Requirements- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, military or related environment.
- 1+ years of people leadership experience
The approximate pay range for this position is $84,880.00 to $127,150.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
