Job Description

Ingram Content Group (ICG)is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to contribute to our operations team in Roseburg, OR. The Maintenance Supervisor supervises and performs maintenance and repairs of mobile equipment and fixed assets in the Manufacturing facility, while leading maintenance team members in the performance of predictive, preventative, and breakdown repair maintenance tasks in a safe manner. They will supervise troubleshooting and repairs to electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and electronic controls, as well as assist the Maintenance Manager in developing and delivering training to advance associates' skillsets in meeting maintenance objectives. Additionally, they will ensure spare parts & consumables inventory are maintained as readily available to respond to maintenance needs.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm (with overtime and weekends as needed)

What You'll Need:
  • Technical Degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience with high school diploma/GED.
  • 5 years in a facility maintenance position, with 2 years in electrical repair.
  • 2 years of conveyor maintenance and repair experience.
  • 2 years in a maintenance supervisory or lead position.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in dynamic, evolving environments, with a track record of managing frequent change and shifting priorities
  • Experience ordering and managing maintenance parts and inventory
  • Proactive problem-solver able to navigate ambiguity and implement practical solutions in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience in a leadership role with a proven ability to motivate and lead teams toward goals while remaining interactive and engaged day to day
  • Willingness to take a hands-on leadership approach, providing daily direction and guidance while fostering team development and collaboration

What You'll Do:
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and repair for production equipment in an industrial setting.
  • Contract vendors to perform contractual repairs and periodic maintenance.
  • Provide predictive & preventative maintenance, cost controls, reports, and replacement recommendations for parts and systems on equipment.
  • Understand maintenance management systems and processes.
    • Warehouse safety management: Hazmat and OSHA compliance
  • Lead organization of work force, training and development to support high volume operational environment.
  • Promote team involvement and participation in setting goals, priorities, and strategies for safe, efficient, and effective plant/facility operations.
  • Conduct associate performance evaluations.
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
  • Proactively work on partnering with operations and engineering team members to identify and deliver solutions to meet business needs.
  • Responsible for assisting in the hiring, on the job training, and orientation of associates hired in the department.
  • Develop training plans to promote enhancement of maintenance associates' abilities.

Essential Physical Demands:
  • Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts
  • Ability to stand and/or walk continuously during the assigned shift.
  • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 100lbs during the assigned shift - 30lbs or less continuously, 50lbs frequently, and 100lbs occasionally.
  • Ability to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift.
  • Ability to bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shift.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to work designated shift including overtime as required, which could include time before or after the designated shift and/or weekends.
  • Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases.

Hiring Salary Range: $74,353k - $94,011k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
