Full Job Description
Location: Ancaster, ON (onsite)
Salary Range: $105,000-110,000 annually
Vacancy Type: Existing Position
Schedule: Rotating Shifts
Travel: Minimal

As our next Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of leading maintenance operations and ensuring the effective allocation of resources to support production requirements. Your expertise in maintenance leadership, equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement will be essential in maximizing equipment uptime, supporting manufacturing operations, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Lead and allocate maintenance resources to support production requirements across all shifts
• Ensure maintenance personnel are properly trained and qualified to support manufacturing operations
• Review maintenance performance metrics and implement corrective and continuous improvement actions
• Manage and maintain work order systems and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities
• Purchase maintenance materials, spare parts, and supplies as required
• Provide technical input for equipment maintenance, repair, replacement, and capital investment decisions
• Support facility maintenance planning and annual service contracts
• Obtain quotations and manage external contractors for facility and equipment improvements
• Provide technical support for engineering and manufacturing projects
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability, quality, and productivity
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety Management Systems
• Support company policies, procedures, and operational standards

What We're Looking For:
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive
• Skilled Trades certification such as Millwright, Electrician, or Machinist preferred
• Post-secondary education in Engineering Technology or Engineering is considered an asset
• Experience with metal forming, stamping, machining, and automation equipment
• Experience leading maintenance teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience using CMMS platforms for maintenance planning and execution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership, team-building, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong computer proficiency and analytical skills

Bonus Points If You Have:
• Automotive manufacturing experience
• Experience with predictive maintenance programs
• Experience managing maintenance budgets and contractor relationships
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience supporting automation and advanced manufacturing systems
