What You'll Be Doing

  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate maintenance records.
  • Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability, safety, and operational performance.
  • Plan, identify and order parts, create scope of work to quote with contractors, coordinate and supervise contractors.
  • Prioritize, and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance work to minimize downtime.
  • Coach, support, and develop maintenance team members while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with operations teams to identify and resolve equipment issues and improve plant efficiency.

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience leading or supervising maintenance personnel in a heavy industrial, manufacturing, mining, power generation, oil & gas, or similar industrial environment.
  • Proven capability to prioritize work, manage competing demands, and drive maintenance activities that support operational goals.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build productive relationships across teams.
  • Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and delivering reliable, high-quality results.
  • Computer skills, conduct professional email communications, use of Microsoft Office, SAP PM, AutoCAD, knows and understands how to read mechanical & hydraulic diagrams & blueprints.


Work Environment
  • Primarily works in a plant or heavy industrial environment with regular exposure to moving equipment, varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and vibration.
  • Requires walking, standing, climbing stairs and ladders, and conducting inspections throughout the facility.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
  • May be required to work extended hours, weekends, or respond to operational needs as necessary.
