- Make sure that work orders and turns are being completed in a timely and economically wise manner

- Effectively manage inventory and equipment
You9ll have success here if you value clear processes and do the following things:
- Lead Generation
- Lead Conversion
- Customer Fulfillment (The part where our maintenance teams excel!)
We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you9ll be
accountable for hitting the following critical goals:
- Help the team to achieve and maintain an occupancy of 95% or greater
- Complete 75% or more of all work orders within 48 hours
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy in 7 days or less (non-mass turn) and 17 days or less (mass turn)

Salary Description
$52,000 - $54,000/hr
