Required Skills:- Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA and Prometheus
- Proven expertise in maintenance scheduling within Oil & Gas or petrochemical industries
- Strong knowledge of scheduling tools like MS Project, Primavera P6 preferred
- Ability to analyze, optimize, and sequence maintenance activities for maximum efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and self-motivation to work independently
Nice to Have Skills:- Experience with AI-driven predictive scheduling solutions
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as PHMSA standards
- Hands-on experience with scaffolding, painting, insulation, heavy equipment, welding, or fabrication
- Familiarity with KPIs and schedule compliance reporting
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Education and Experience:- Minimum high school diploma or GED; technical degree or similar preferred
- 5+ years of maintenance scheduling experience, specifically in Oil & Gas or petrochemical facilities with routine maintenance expertise
- Recent hands-on experience (within the last 3-5 years)
Other Requirements:- TWIC card in good standing
- Valid state-issued driver's license (DOT regulations compliance)
- Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule, with limited overtime expected
- Ability to work in both office and field environments, including physical activities such as lifting, climbing, and walking
