Maintenance Scheduler

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA and Prometheus
  • Proven expertise in maintenance scheduling within Oil & Gas or petrochemical industries
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling tools like MS Project, Primavera P6 preferred
  • Ability to analyze, optimize, and sequence maintenance activities for maximum efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and self-motivation to work independently

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with AI-driven predictive scheduling solutions
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as PHMSA standards

  • 5+ years of maintenance scheduling experience, specifically in Oil & Gas or petrochemical facilities with routine maintenance expertise
  • Recent hands-on experience (within the last 3-5 years)

Other Requirements:

  • TWIC card in good standing
  • Valid state-issued driver's license (DOT regulations compliance)
  • Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule, with limited overtime expected
  • Ability to work in both office and field environments, including physical activities such as lifting, climbing, and walking
